CALL FOR INTERVIEW – OFFICE OF THE PARLIAMENT (DECEMBER 2025)
The Secretary of the Parliament – Office of the Parliament wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 20 December 2025 to 23 December 2025. Applicants who successfully pass the interview process will subsequently be assigned to duty stations according to their respective cadres.
All shortlisted candidates are required to observe the following instructions:
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERVIEW CANDIDATES
1. Interview Schedule
Interviews will be conducted on the dates, times, and venues specified in this announcement for each respective cadre.
2. Identification Requirements
Every candidate must present a valid identification document for verification. Acceptable identification includes:
- National ID
- Voter’s ID
- Employment ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driving License
- Introduction Letter from Local Government (Street/Village Office)
3. Original Academic Certificates
Candidates must bring original academic certificates, including:
- Birth Certificate
- Form IV Certificate
- Form VI Certificate
- Certificate / Diploma
- Advanced Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree and above, depending on the position applied for
4. Unacceptable Documents
The following documents will NOT be accepted, and candidates presenting them will not be allowed to proceed with the interview:
- Testimonials
- Provisional Results
- Statements of Results
- Form IV and Form VI Result Slips
5. Professional Registration
For positions requiring professional registration, candidates must present original registration certificates and valid practice licenses from the relevant professional boards.
6. Interview Costs and Dress Code
Candidates shall be responsible for their own transport, meals, and accommodation. All candidates must attend the interview in neat, decent, and official attire in accordance with the Public Service Dress Code.
7. Candidates Educated Outside Tanzania
Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their academic certificates are verified and approved by relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA.
Positions requiring a GPA must submit an official GPA equivalency certificate from TCU.
8. Applicants Not Shortlisted
Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement are advised to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for not being shortlisted for this interview.
9. Interview Number and Portal Access
All shortlisted candidates must log in to their Ajira Portal accounts and copy their interview number. Candidates shortlisted for online interviews must remember the email address and password used during Ajira Portal registration.
10. Name Discrepancies
Candidates whose names differ across their documents must present a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) issued by the Ministry of Lands.
